INGREDIENTS: 98% Italian Extra, Virgin Olive Oil; 2% natural extract of mint. 

Keep in a cool and dark place away from direct light and Oil may become cloudy at less than 10°C (50°f). This is absolutely normal and oil will clear on warming.
