Conceived with simple ingredients, and yet very popular with those who want a distinct truffle taste. The truffle used is summer truffle.

Excellent for bruschettas, panini, sandwiches, toasted bread, vegetable flans, mains and sides. Great on pizza. 

INGREDIENTS:

Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus); sunflower oil; summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt; flavouring.
