In a bowl pour the preparation and mix with 150g of water. Shape the veggie burgers or the veggie meatballs with your hands. The ingredients are already cooked and ready to use. You can serve them like this, otherwise heat them in a pan with a little oil for 2/3 min.
Ingredients: steamed legumes and cereals (hulled yellow lentils, hulled chickpeas, yellow corn in variable proportion), 82%, spinach, whole sea salt, oregano, 1% spirulina, pepper, turmeric, tomato, paprika, basil.
