    Condimento a base di burro con tartufo estivo. Butter condiment with black summer truffle. 

    After the success of butter with white truffle Stefania Calugi decided to blend premium black summer truffle with the finest butter and salt.

    Butter is made from churning cream, it takes 100 litres of milk to make 4/5 kg of butter. Black summer truffle is washed, ground, seasoned with salt and pepper, blended with butter and sterilized.

    Ideal for both mains and appetizers, as condiment or spread.

    Butter 96%; summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%; Salt; flavouring.
