Pineapple Mango Ginger Green Smoothie

2/3 cup pineapple chunks

1/3 cup mango chunks

1-inch piece of ginger, peeled

1/2-2/3 cup water (start with the smaller amount add more as needed)

 

Add 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast as a thickener for a denser texture and for a boost in vitamins.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water. Pour into a glass and serve.
